Caution:
1. All the tableware are handmade products, thus there may be some small concave holes, bubbles or small black spots, etc. on the surface, which are normal druing the production processing and do not affect the performance of the products.

3. All items are taken in kind. Please understand some color transparencies and minor coloring differences may be present due to the beam angle and other objective factors..
Quality testing:
1. Glass: safe, lead-free and cadmium-free raw materials are fired by high-temperature furnace, safe and hygienic.
2. Ceramics: refined clay first by 800 ℃ plain firing, coated with paint and glazed at 1300 ~ 1400 ℃ high temperature. After several trial firing tests, no lead, cadmium and other harmful substances are detected, and can be contacted with food safer.
3. Five checks: each of our products undergoes five strict quality control procedures before leaving the factory, namely raw material quality control, process quality control, finished product quality control, storage control and outgoing quality control, to ensure the quality of our products.

These are very good Diner style coffee mugs. They are, however, on the light weight side. They lack the heft of the real commercial version. Still, they are the first ones my guests reach for when they want a cup of coffee. All in all, they are pretty good.
These mugs are exactly what they claim to be! Nice heavy mugs, the same kind they pour your coffee into at every old-school diner across the country. They aren't quite as insulated as I had hoped, but they are microwave friendly so no issues! Great quality!
