The hardness of the clay makes the piece exponentially more difficult to shape, and the high-temperature firing produces a color that is delicate, advanced, and full of detail.
With its wide mouth, the deep plate is perfect for showcasing creative dishes such as salads and risottos, and is a great feature of the restaurant.
After firing at 1320 degrees Celsius, harmful substances such as lead and chromium from the minerals have been precipitated out as much as possible in contact with the food.
